• Risk governance, escalation, and reporting

This course is designed for professionals with existing risk or project management experience who are required to manage risk in complex environments, including:

• Project and program managers working on complex or high‑risk initiatives
• Risk, assurance, governance, and control professionals
• Commercial, contract, and asset managers with risk accountabilities
• PMO, portfolio, and delivery leaders supporting decision‑making and oversight
