Having worked for over 20 years in government and private industry to enhance client projects ranging from $1m to over $700m in investments.  Sean decided to create a company that helps organisations and agencies shape their own future by increasing their capability through skills, solutions, and resources.  Sean is a qualified trainer as well as an expert in project controls, project management, and procurement.

Sean began his career in the Australian Defence Force before moving into the private sector to provide project and procurement services to the wider Defence sector.

Sean has experience in all phases of the project lifecycle from start-up through to closure. Sean has planned out some of the Federal Government’s largest projects and worked in a wide variety of project team roles up to and including Project Director.

Sean also enjoys being active in the community providing service to the Rural Fire Service for over 15 years.
