Development materials including client documents are stored on Australian servers using Microsoft Azure data storage.  Certitude maintains a client folder that can be shared with the client, creating secure areas with only project team members having access to these documents.  The development of the eLearning material is done on development tool cloud servers.  There are several ways the final product can be handled this includes fully exported and removed from the development server onto client LMS or this can be hosted for the client using the cloud system.

Our team understand the need for tracking user progress and activity within a course.  We ensure you can view individual learner progress, see which sections or lessons they have completed, and gather data on quiz performance. Our team allows you to set completion and success criteria for your courses, this information can then be used by the LMS for tracking and reporting purposes.  Most LMS platforms provide analytics and reporting features that can be used in conjunction with the eLearning product some of these features may include dashboards, detailed reports on user progress, quiz results, and other relevant metrics.

Before publishing the course, we make sure to analyse both the eLearning development tool and your chosen LMS to understand the specific tracking and analytics features available and how to configure them. Additionally, your LMS administrator or support team can provide guidance on interpreting and utilising the tracking data within the LMS environment.

Most development tools are designed to integrate seamlessly with various learning management systems. When publishing the course, we can select the appropriate LMS publishing option and configure settings that are specific to your LMS. This integration allows for more accurate tracking and reporting within the LMS environment.
