The Practitioner Course will enable students to:

• To apply a variety of agile practices to a project, for example; workshops, the MoSCoW technique to define project priorities, iterative development and modelling;
• To test, estimate and evaluate profit delivery in an Agile project;
• Gain a detailed knowledge of the facilitation and support mechanisms within an Agile project;
• Gain a detailed knowledge of the agile approach to manage and prioritise requirements; and
• Be fully prepared to undertake the Practitioner exam.

The Practitioner course helps you to integrate the concepts presented in the Foundation course. Students will work through a range of exercises and case studies in order to broaden & deepen their understanding of Agile Project Management and to prepare for the exam.

• AgilePM Foundation Certified Professionals.
• Agile team members who want to become Agile Project Managers.

• Objective examination. 4 questions (20 points per question).
• 40/80 points required to pass the exam (50%).
• Duration 2.5 hours.
• Open book (only the official AgilePM manual is allowed).

Students that successfully complete this course may be eligible for

• Accumulation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). See https://aipm.com.au for further information.
