Age: 18 years or above

Education: Completion of at least 11 years of formal schooling

English: An upper-intermediate level of English or higher

Equipment: Laptop computer and access to internet connection to study in class and/or online.

Course-Specific Entry Requirement:

• Although there are no prerequisite training, it is an advantage if you have relevant work experience.
• Participants should be working in a current role as a manager within an organsiation.

This program reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

This program is a broad course that is perfect for those wishing to pursue a career as a leader or manager.

Students will undertake the face-to-face training that is delivered by Certitude Australia.

Both during the training course and in the workplace, students will create a portfolio of evidence. This evidence will be submitted to KnowledgeAccess for assessment in accordance with their Recognised Prior Learning processes.

If the evidence is deemed suitable, students will be issued the qualification by KnowledgeAccess Pty Ltd (RTO No. 40961).

The Leadership and Management Development Program is delivered by Certitude Australia, The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is assessed by KnowledgeAccess Pty Ltd. Qualifications are issued by KnowledgeAccess Pty Ltd (RTO No. 40961).
