Certitude Australia has been appointed to the Department of Finance People Panel Phase 3 – the Australian Government’s whole‑of‑government coordinated procurement arrangement for Professional Contractor Services (SON4241474)

This strengthens our existing Australian Government panel presence and confirms our role as a trusted partner delivering project, procurement, HR and organisational capability across the Australian Public Service.

About People Panel Phase 3

The People Panel brings together multiple previous panels into a single, standardised whole‑of‑government procurement arrangement. It is designed to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of how Commonwealth entities procure recruitment, labour hire and professional contractor services.

Phase 3 covers Professional Contractor Services and is a mandatory coordinated arrangement for non‑corporate Commonwealth entities (NCEs) under the PGPA Act, with corporate Commonwealth entities and Government Business Enterprises able to opt‑in. It gives agencies a straightforward way to engage specialist contractors across clearly defined service categories, without running a full open tender each time.

For agencies, this means:

• A streamlined, compliant procurement pathway for contractor engagement
• Standardised head agreement terms, rates and work level standards
• Less duplication in tendering and contract administration
• Better visibility of panel usage, expenditure and reporting data
