There is no entry requirement or assumed agile experience.  For those who have completed the Introduction to Agile course, the Fundamentals course is reduced to 1 Day.

• Understand how Agile has been adopted beyond software into marketing, HR, operations, and strategic planning
• Understanding the construct of cross-functional agile team, roles and responsibilities
• Learn how lightweight governance and discipline contributes to agility
• Understand the agile journey and continuous improvement
