Age: 18 years or above

Education: Completion of at least 11 years of formal schooling

English: An upper-intermediate level of English or higher

Course-Specific Entry Requirement:

• Although there are no prerequisite training, it is an advantage if you have completed a Certificate III in Business or have relevant work experience.
• Participants should be working in a current role as a manager within an organisation.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources

This program is a widely focused course and is perfect for those wishing to upskill in advanced leadership and management areas. Designed specifically for supervisors or middle managers that have responsibility for a team of people, as well as those who participate in operational planning and are involved in change management.

Students will undertake the face-to-face training that is delivered by Certitude Australia.

Both during the training course and in the workplace, students will create a portfolio of evidence. This evidence will be submitted to KnowledgeAccess for assessment in accordance with their Recognised Prior Learning processes.

If the evidence is deemed suitable, students will be issued the qualification by KnowledgeAccess Pty Ltd (RTO No. 40961).
