• Defining and aligning your team on a compelling vision for the change;
• Building momentum and championing the cause;
• Empowering change and breaking down barriers;
• Strategies for making the change stick;
• Critical success factors for effective transformation; and
• Case studies from effective culture transformation.

Executive (c-level) and senior management, change leaders and champions.

Students that successfully undertake this course will be issued with an official Certificate of Completion from Certitude Australia.

Students will be provided with:

• Printed copy of a student workbook; and
• Access to electronic version of presentation slides.
