There is no entry requirement or assumed project management experience.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand the project lifecycle;
• Define and explain key components of a project plan; and
• Become aware of the functions that are used to administer a project.

Students will use a range of practical examples to learn about:

• Defining a project and outline project characteristics;
• Outlining a typical project life cycle;
• Project Set up;
• Project Management roles and responsibilities;
• Project teams;
• Project planning guidelines;
• Using the timeline;
• Administering and monitoring a project; and
• Closing a project.

This course is designed for anyone who is either working as part of a team on a project or has interactions with a project team.

Students that successfully undertake this course will be issued with an official Certificate of Completion from Certitude Australia.

Students will be provided with:

• Printed copy of a student workbook; and
• Access to electronic version of presentation slides.
